TracBox

Real-Time GPS Locations

The TracBox allows tracking of all the assets on your site in real-time. TracBox sends periodic updates to the Integrated Management System (IMS) where you can view all of your assets and their status, no matter where they are.

Sensor Data

Interface your TracBox with a multitude of hardware types. Sense and display readings such as:

  • Flow Rates*
  • Pressure*
  • Voltage
  • Temperature*
  • Level*
  • Current*

*TracBox has an 8-channel ADC capable of measuring voltages up to 60vDC. Any sensors will need to have their outputs scaled to this voltage to be read without any extra hardware/sensing circuitry. TracBox can also read 4-20mA outputs, as well as pulse per second outputs. There are currently up to 7 available input/output pins that can be configured to suit almost any sensing application or hardware.

Mounting Options

The small form factor of the TracBox allows it to be installed in spaces where traditional GPS tracking/hardware sensor devices can’t be installed. TracBox is specially designed to be mounted on the common hardware DIN rail. The unit measures a tiny 70mm x 90mm x 61mm.

  • Multiple Interfaces
  • GPS
  • USB
  • 4GHz / 5.8GHz WiFi (Optional)
  • 1 Analog input (8 Optional)
  • 2 Digital IO pins (Optional)
  • 100Mb Ethernet (1Gb Optional)
  • 2 Relay outputs (Optional)
  • Bluetooth (Optional)
  • 15.4 IoT Mesh (Optional)
  • 3G/4G (Optional)

Support For Integrators

TracBox is fully supported by the IMS platform and will allow users to have access to real-time location and IO data. When used with IMS, all data is published to a JSON http endpoint, allowing developers and integrators to efficiently scrape details programmatically for integration with third-party systems.

IoTBox

Low Power IOT Mesh Sensor Data

The IoTBox allows for low powered sensing, monitoring and GPS tracking of all the assets on your site in real-time. The IoTBox will send periodic updates to the Integrated Management System. There you can view, monitor and control all of your on-site generators, pumps, bores, meters and lighting towers in real-time.

Sensor Data

Interface your IoTBox with a multitude of devices. Sense and display readings such as:

  • Flow Rates – using analogue voltage
  • Pressure – using analogue voltage
  • Pump/Generator State – using external device voltage
  • Temperature – onboard sensor
  • Level – using ultrasonic sensor
  • Current – using analogue voltage

*IoTBox has a 3-channel ADC capable of measuring voltages up to 40v DC. Any sensors will need to have their outputs scaled to this voltage to be read without an extra hardware/sensing circuitry. There are currently up to 7 available input/output pins that can be configured to suit almost any sensing application or hardware type.

Mounting Options

The small form factor and ruggedness of the IoTBox – with its IP67 rating – allows it to be installed in locations where traditional IP connected tracking hardware or sensing devices couldn’t be installed. IoTBox is designed to be mounted externally on a metal or solid surface with bolts or screws.

Multiple Interfaces

  • GPS
  • Up to 3 Analog inputs (optional)
  • Up to 3 digital IO pins (optional)
  • 15.4 IoT Mesh
  • Voltage sensing inputs
  • Onboard Temperature sensor

Support For Integrators

IoTBox is fully supported by the IMS platform and will allow users to have access to real-time location and IO data. When used with IMS, all data is published to a JSON http endpoint, allowing developers and integrators to efficiently access data programmatically for integration with third-party systems.

OBDBox

Real-Time Vehicle Telemetry & Location

The OBDBox provides the ability to read vehicle telemetry data through the On-Board Diagnostic Port II (OBDII) of almost all light and commercial vehicles. The unit also contains an LTE modem and GPS to provide real-time telemetry and tracking through FTP’s IMS platform.

Vehicle & OBD Data

Interface the OBDBox with the vehicle’s OBD port to read data from the ECU, such as:

  • Vehicle Speed (km/h)
  • Engine RPM
  • Engine Coolant Temperature (C)
  • Throttle Pedal Position (%)
  • Engine Load (%)
  • Fuel Rail Pressure (kPa)
  • Engine Fuel Rate (L/h)
  • O2 Sensor Voltage (V)
  • Fuel Tank Level (%)
  • Vehicle Battery Voltage (V)
  • GPS Location (Lat, Lon)
  • Intake Air Temperature (C)
  • Timing Advance (deg.)
  • Narrow Band Air/Fuel Ratio
  • Engine Oil Temperature (C)
  • Commanded AFR

NOTE: Not all data is available on all vehicles

Driver Behaviour Monitoring

  • Rough Braking
  • Harsh Driving
  • No Warmup
  • Long Idle
  • Fatigued Driving
  • Rough Terrain
  • High RPM

NOTE: Crash detection is also possible

Applications

Interface the OBDBox with the vehicle’s OBD port to read data from the ECU, such as:

  • Fleet Management
  • Insurance and Rental
  • Driver Behaviour Monitoring
  • Mileage Tracking
  • Vehicle Tracking
  • Safety and Security
  • Driver Profiling
  • Vehicle Profiling

Mounting Options

The small form factor of the OBDBox allows it to be installed directly into the vehicles OBD port without any special harnesses or wiring. Extension cables and Y cables are available to allow the user to move the OBDBox to a more suitable location if needed.

Support For Integrators

IMS allows for third-party applications to integrate OBDBox data through the IMS Application Programming Interface (API). Any data that the OBDBox transmits is available through the IMS platform.
